Bruce´s Old Time Candied Yams

In response to the need for holiday taste and everyday convenience, Bruce´s has created a candied yam reminiscent of those cherished during an earlier era. We peel our yams down to their sweet heart and cut rich, firm fleshy yam pieces into uniform sizes ready for the slow-simmered kettle-rich goodness of our delicately flavored candying yam syrup. During cooking, this syrup is infused deep into each yam piece to complete the candying process.
