Bruce´s Southern Style Sweet Potato Casserole
For many years there have been numerous requests for new and exciting recipes for Southern Style Sweet Potato Casserole. And, for many years we have been creating these recipes, many of which feature apples, pineapples, cranberry, oranges pecans, almonds, marshmallows and the like along with brown sugar and a whole variety of spices. During all those years, our recipes always started with ..."Mash the cut sweet potatoes..." That seemed a travesty to us, considering how hard we work to produce uniformly sized, firm, flavorful pieces of yams for our customers´ tables.
Technical developments in recent years have now given us the ability to produce a mashed, finished sweet potato casserole product that Bruce's can be truly proud of.
